About this Project

Custom interior and exterior remodel in the Land Park. Existing residence was demo’d to the studs and rebuilt with high end custom finishes. Some of the most interesting elements of this project were the custom designed kitchen by the world renowned de Giulio Kitchen Design, the moment frame structural detail, handcrafted Loewen Windows and Doors, and the fully automated SMART home system.  This project also included a refinished pool and spa, custom steel patio structures, and all landscaping.
